Had one of these for a year now. Essential if you have a concealed firearm and cannot take it with you, such as place of employment, court house, etc. Mine also keeps GPS, wallets when we go hiking, etc.

I know how you feel they are about to change the laws on carry permits in MD right now, while they wait to appeal the ruling saying it was unconstitutional to require "good and substantial reasons to carry" So its a window that could close shortly after it opens and people are flooding the state police with apps come Aug 8th, mine will be in with the surge

As Promised, I got mine and took plenty of photos to show the size inside the safe, and also of what the center console is without the safe. The safe came with a precut carpet insert, as did my center console. So I also outlined the stock carpet with the safe insert and you can see the difference that way.

Alright so hope that helps. Remember the Discount is extended through Aug, I'm glad I picked it up, the directions they send are GREAT, you need a Screwdriver, and a "10mm" socket, I used an adjustable wrench and worked fine.
