You in Vegas? I have fam out there. I'll be there in Aug for a short time while traveling to CA for a wedding.

I prep all of my food for the week. Cook, weighed, and placed Into containers. This will save u an excuse for not eating crap nor having to miss a meal.

Do you have any good reading for hypertrophy?

And does that mean you workout the same body part more than once a week?

Like articles to read? Not at the moment.

You may workout a body part more then once a week but that's ok. Things like abs, push ups, pull ups etc can be done all the time, body weight squats can be done all the time.

On a 5x5 plan, those workout the 3 major groups 3 times a week, kind of a Monday, Wednesday, Friday deal. Which is not bad as you have close to 48 hours to recover that muscle group.

On the 10x10 plan I am on, my days go something like:

    Monday: Chest/Arms
    Tuesday: Back/Shoulders
    Wednesday: Partial Legs
    Thursday: Rest
Friday: The other half of legs
    Sat/Sun: Cardio or Crossfit.

5x5 is usually 1-2. Typical 10x10 is usually 1, but I've ramped it up to between 2-4, max 4, keeping the rest times between 10-30 seconds.

Standard 10x10 and 5x5 work off the major compound lifts, squats, deads, rows, presses pull ups, push ups etc. My 10x10 is working off 1 compound lift and 2-3 isolation moves.

I majorly lack motivation. How do i get it back?
Every time I lift I feel great. Love the burn. I think I see results quick too.
I just have no motivation. Get home from a long day at work and just don't want to leave for the gym. Home gym might be my answer but my basement is a disaster and equipment is not cheap.
