    When I play poker with some other friends, we usually do a $40 buy-in and sometimes an option to rebuy another $40. Keeps it inexpensive but just enough cash on the table to make it competitive. $.50 and $1.00 blinds to start, upping the blinds every half hour or so, or when someone drops out.
