If it had been me with a passenger in the car as he had, I would have had him snap a pic of the plate and them, call police and keep moving or either stop a bit farther ahead until police arrived. If one of them had pulled out a gun and start shooting like crazy, I would have felt real bad if my passenger got shot for the heck of shooting a video...
