    As everyone said, keep your cool, be professional, and lead by example.
    If you have any power at all, start a paper trail. Write him up. Continue to write him up. If you arent allowed to do it, keep track of how he spends his time and make a concise detailed list to bring to the manager. "This is how your money is being spent, and I think we could invest it better"

    Another option is to redirect his tasks. I have a problem child my boss wont let me fire, so i give her small tasks and i always ask her, instead of tell. "Can you please .......thanks"

    I've pretty much drawn the preverbal line in the sand. I'm done with all the bullshit he's throwing out there and getting paid to do.

    I do like your second option though. I'll just give him the simple meaningless tasks to do. And that's all he'll do :devil:

    The fact that those kids were not carried off the bus by medical personnel makes me wonder about the way the other kids were raised. If I had sat around while that happened my Dad would of beat my ass for watching it and not stopping it. What ever happened to stepping in to help those that can't help themselves?

    Exactly my point.If I was that age, I would have been kicking somebody's ass.

    If that had been my grandmother on that bus, I would have found who those damn kids were. Parents would definitely be involved if not police.

    Or I would have given them a necklace. I cannot stand that type of shit.

    Well gents, I'm going to bed. My last final is done and I'm tired. Tomorrow night I have to swap out a tire on my bike so I can do a poker run on Saturday so I'll be in and out this weekend.
