    Guys, I hit a deer in my 2012 Tacoma down by Gunnison. I have the truck in the shop with the front end being ripped apart. It's decision time and I don't know much about plate bumpers and how local law impacts them, ect.

    Anyone know what's up?

    There are a lot of great bumpers out there. When chosing mine it came down to weight, function, availability. With that said I got an All-Pro on a group buy. It's the lighest plate bumper I could find, it has good approach angles and they are stocked ready to ship. I really like the ARB bumpers (and even owned a used one until I sold it to another TW member) but they are really heavy, poor approach angles. IMO it seems like I aways see ARBs getting smacked against the rocks however in strength they get an A+++.

    If I were going to do it all over again I would be patient and get a Relentless front bumper. I had Eric (AKA Relenteless) build me a rear bumper and the quality is a hunderd times better than my All-Pro.
