    yea thats what i thought. someone was trying to tell me that the stock lenght shocks were ok :der:

    would you happen to know the part numbers for the longer shocks?

    ....can you by chance take a pic of the '02 bumper bolting up to the frame/frame bracket on the '98?

    I was just over a friend's house who has an '02 and I was just looking under his truck and mine and it doesn't seem like a good match.

    Just curious how yours looks.

    ok so let me see if i get this right... the ride height adjustable 5100's are extended length and can be used with the 3" lift Eibach coils? and the non ride height adjustable ones are stock length and cannot be used with the Eibach coils?

    No shit? You got a sick rig for that "little" money put into it.

    They did, alot. Obviously you and I have the same undercarriage, so I've come to the conclusion that my friend's 02 (or 03 can't remember) is jacked somehow cause it did not look as if the mounting points on the back side of his bumper were anywhere near those in the pics.

    Probably because I've done everything myself & unlike most members I'm not stuck on name brand aftermarket parts with the exception of the Billies on all corners, I built my own leaf springs, went the other direction opting for 1st gen Tundra 5 way adjustable 5100's for the front & alot of looking around ...;)

    Since that fateful day last October (before halloween) my trusty steed has been sidelined to collect dust & fly poop & almost being sold twice, slowly becoming a parts truck for other members, only movement was pushing it out of the way to work on other's trucks...
