    Chillin at work looking at tanks and air compressors. Trying to get some train horns on my truck. My stock horn is just about dead. Know of a good place to get a decent setup and not spend a lot of $$?

    No not really. I haven't dealt with air systems in a while. But if I was going to go through the trouble of putting on train horns, I would go with hornblasters, hands down. They are a little expensive but from my experience, they are the best, just short of actual train horns.

    Well I might be scoring some actual train horns and want to make sure I have the correct stuff to run them. Other than that I would just get an aftermarket horn.

    Oh ok. That's awesome. Well if you want to stay cheap but have good stuff I would keep an eye out on Craigslist for used viair comps and maybe even tanks and valves. You can also check the for sale section on latruckscene.net. I haven't been on there in a while but the FS section use to stay pretty active and people were always selling stuff off of their bagged setups. Another option is to go get a couple mv50's from oreilleys and hook them up to a tank but you still need a valve and a regulator.
