forget the right shackle, it was just comparing it to the inverted one.

The left shackle is the one on the second gen tacomas. if you replace the stock shackle with an extended one it will push the bed frame lower, not move the springs higher. (which is what i used to think that happend too)

Ahhh I get it... was totally getting the pivoting point wrong in my head for some reason... but now it makes perfect sense and I feel like a dumbass lol.

At first though it does seem pretty counter-intuitive though

Nice idea on the inner trim peices, hiw the heck did you get the steering wheel emblem off, and does the tweeter ring come off like guage rings? Why didn't you sondproof the doors while you had it off? Too much crap to deal with? great truck I'm usually not a fan of the white but yours looks good.

Soooo after much thought and some texts exchanged.. I think I've decided on a set up

For now, my taco lean spacer to bring it level.. and the defined shackles.

Then.. hopefully sometime after, Icon 2.5" resi c/o's, Icon 2.5" resi's for the rear, and an Icon aal.

    Problem solved. Stance. Ride. Performance.

What do you guys think? :)

The 2.5s in the rear are way over kill but they will look cool lol you can save a few bucks there with the 2.0s other then that looks fine. It will ride well.

    Finally you listen

Well, I might as well go all out. Lol.

I just couldn't justify it at first.. but after alot of thinking.. this Is best. It should ride alot better.

I dont have a system anymore but it has to help with interior panel vibes from the solid motor mounts. The vibration doesnt bother me but the various loose panels are getting annoying

Ext. travel C/O's, and if a used set of allpro leafs pops up in AZ you should jump on those instead of an add a leaf. The icon 2.5 rears seem as if they are designed alot better than the 2.0. the 2.0 look to still be the old Edelbrock design
