If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
I am slowly starting to expand my recovery/safety/survival kit in my truck.

You can never be too cautious. It's always better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. :)

...and I hope y'all have read this thread about getting a fire extinguisher too (and understood it).

Plus, it is always good karma to be a good samaritan...they are few and far between nowadays.

I have one big enough to put myself and my passenger out for long enough to escape the cab (hopefully), but I need to mount a couple more just in case.

OKAY! Officially started/hoping to complete the build last night.
Laid everything out on the floor making sure i have everything (Besides the extended brake line which wont be here until today because All-Pro forgot to ship it...).
Started with the rear, quickly realizing the stock U-Bolts will not work with the new leaf back being there's only 1/2 inch thread left and the new pack is nearly an inch thicker. (Thanks for not telling me All-Pro, after i specifically asked if there's anything else i need for the new leaf pack). Went to the local NAPA, ordered extended Bolts which will be in today and hopefully get the rear done so i'm not riding like a chollo anymore. The Front install was easy at first(Taking stock coils/shocks off). But i was unable to take the top nut off one of the shocks after using out best air gun and a vise grip, so i was forced to break the damn thing. I have yet to install the diff drop. Everything else was pretty self explanatory. Took me a while to figure out i needed to put the bushings under the top plate as well, I wish i would have bought new bushings however..... So far it drives perfectly straight and the steering remains tight as a crabs buttox! ;)

Nice man. Which after market UCA did you go with? Looks like you've got a pretty solid set up.

    Derek Abraham Lincoln,

Thinking I need a new prime lens. Get rid of my nifty fifty(50mm f/1.8) and get the 28mm f/1.8. Wish I can afford the "L" series lens :(

Haven't bought UCA yet... I wana buy WO seat covers next month first. But i was thinking either Camburg or Total CHaos. I'm sure i'll do more research when the time comes. I'm glad i don't need to re-gear with the 33s.. power loses isn't noticeable.

My camburgs squeaks like hell also when it's sunny, except for when it's cold/moist out no matter how much I clean and lube them.
