Rolled over 40K this Wednsday... Not to bad for a '08



Also did some interior mods last weekend, what does every one think?

 

I see what ya did there.... Nice work dude! Loving the white A/C panel with black oh yea 40k is damn good for an '08 considering i just hit 70k on mine last week

 

Barely 40k? I'm at 97k

What did you use to paint the interior trim? IE.
Bottom part of the seats?

 

All interior parts were painted with Krylon Fusion paint for plastic satin black/ white.

ive been wanting to do the same with almost all the interior pieces you did white lol but some of them are a bitch to get apart and i dont know if i wanna risk breaking them

 

The only one that was a pain in the ass was the piece around the shift gate, other than that they were all pretty easy. I'm sure you can accomplish it just take your time and don't force anything.

 

lol i have a bad habit of forcing things lol and where did you get your eyelids also

 

LOL that's a bad habit to have when it comes to this kind of stuff. I got the eye lids off eBay and then had them color matched.

 

Great looking truck! I love the interior mods! Where did you get the LED's for your gauges? I've done my 4Runner gauges before.... interested to do the ones in my Taco!

 

Thanks man, I had another member do the mod for me (yosh2000) I got the LED's from oznium.com you will love them if you do it. Here is better pic.

 

Looks sweet man! Which bulbs and how many did you have to order? Any idea about the Climate Control lights? What about the Gear selector?

I'll like to do all of the above mentionned areas, if possible....

As for the climate control im not sure I think a coulple people have done it but ive heard its a bitch and I believe the gear selector is just a regular halogen bulb if you pull that part of the center console off you should be able to find it.

 

love the look on your truck viperjay... im looking for a oem rack for mine... was was thinking off roof lights as well!!

 

Nope just cleaned them with rubbing alcohol and painted with Krylon Fusion.
