I hadnt noticed the drain holes till i installed the 2nd set on friday, didnt think it was too big a deal, but driving in all this tropical storm really got those things wet. But they should be good now, i filled the holes and created new drain holes on the bottom. I like them behind the grille too much to move them to the light bar.

No problem at all, i actually had to take that one apart twice cause something was loose when i went to turn them on. The drain hole was right in front of the mounting bolt, the way i have them mounted you can look straight down and see it. As for pics, i surprisingly havent taken any yet, but i will get a few tomorrow and post them up.

With all this baby talk I figured id give you guys a little update on my baby cousin Knox...

Hes been up and down the past week or so...with a general trend towards getting better. so that is good.

He has been thru hell and back.. experienced a few seizures, spinal tap, multiple tests, MRIs and other various scans as well as a heart rate that is on the the lower half of the acceptable scale....hopefully he will be good to go home..this little man is a fighter for sure.

 

Wow that little guy has been through more than some of us that have been around for a while. Do they know if he'll be able to fully recover?

 

He should be able to. So far they have confirmed with just about every scan and such that no permanent damage has happened. Just being cautious to release him till he is fully outta the woods.

 

That's amazing considering what he went through.

Speaking of baby! You can refer to me as "The Godfather" now since my godson was born about 2 hours ago in Savannah...8lb 8oz 21in....so stoked for my childhood friend Nick, he is smiling ear to ear lol

Looking at these pics makes me think I should install some strobes in those suckers, that would be pretty cool on the trails.

 

if you want strobes, i'd go the headlight housing route. little easier to do, and you don't lose any funtionality.
