    just a note:

lights are not only for your driving vision...they are also so others can see you.

driving is a privledge offered by the state, not a right.
learn the rules and follow them.

    thank you.

Im going to just have to start doing that man. Because its not worth it dude. Heaven forbid im coming back late one night hunting with guns and shit in my truck or from a bar or something, that could turn into one interesting stop. One that I do not want to experience. That is why im going to try to nip this in the butt with such ferocity.

Im going post-it note on the windshield..
Ill leave my lights on all the time...
and will not drive during the day with gauge illumination so I can tell the difference at night...

those 3 and hopefully I can find out how to flip the wires on my fog lights so that they come on every time I turn the truck on, and can only turn them off by choice of switch.

This is happening before tomorrow night!

You'll be okay. Seriously. If you leave your lights on and turn off the engine before you open the driver door, it will shut off. And then turn back on again when you start it. Easy peasy. :)

    excuse me...

    I'll clarify:
your drivers license...that gives you the legal ability to operate a motor vehicle on said ^^^ highway...is issued by the state, it is a privledge...not a right.

once one has the drivers license...the public use of the highway may be deemed a right by the courts.

however, without the drivers license. that right of use does not exsist.

    good luck

Good job looking those up. Now continue your research so you understand exactly what you are trying to use as your defense. Go a few steps past where you are to actually breakdown what the meaning is. If you do that I think you will come to the conclusion that you need to turn your lights on at night. Let me know if you have some specific questions and I will do my best to help you out
