    Ashley would be my last choice - lots of MDF/particle board and if there is real wood on the furniture its most likely a veneer.

    Most times when squares blow off like that it's because the guys either had the compressor set too high and the nails mostly blew through the shingles, or they didn't nail through the right part of the shingle (if you do it right each nail should hit two layers of shingles). If the guys nail above the nail line you only get a single shingle and they tear off easy. Most times if you nail below the line you are ok but your fasteners are more subjected to the elements.

    no pool. the couple that lives below me just moved in last month. In my mind the only reason he would try to climb up the balcony is to get into my place.
    our parking stalls are marked so it would have been easy to determine that I wasn't home.

    We just repaired a roof this weekend that had severe water damage. Ended up pulling siding off and replacing some OSB and a 2x6.
