09 TRD AC; So what is/was the intended use for this bracket ??

Looks like a good spot for onboard air or no. 2 battery position.
A little metal fab for mounting plate/bracket and we're good.

I wish I had that much room. I would put a second battery in that spot and still have room for on-board air.;)

I was wondering the same thing when I was looking at Luni's rig during the URE trip..

Make use of that Xtra space... I know many that could surely use it:D

Well, thats it then as Mine is the TRD OR.
Looks like a lot of free space for something useful.

Air and battery, here I come, probably.

I wonder why OR caused it to be moved .

I stuffed mine on the other side. It fits nice and snug, but would have been nicer with a little room to play with.

I remember when I bought my truck, the salesman told me "toyota decided to put the brake system on the passengers side to protect the parts, because most accidents occur on the drivers side."

I wonder why Toyota decided to change it. (and still leave the bracket)
