Are you going to try a one piece? Although, based on the other thread, the one piece just puts more stress on the u joints at the back of the x-fer case... I'm hoping the TSB parts (they're around $90 BTW) will help. Apparently it drops the rear of the transmission slightly but helps the angles to eliminate that 20 MPH vibe. I guess take-off shudder is the CB. Did you see the thread about replacing the carrier bearing with a solid carrier from an F-250? The CB is stout!

Just got word from a fellow worker she didn't make it . Guess her body is still under the truck and her head was picked up of the road .

No I didn't see that thread . I have the cb drop kit and 3* shims under my dakars . If you need a cherry picker to lift the engine . I have access to one . Not sure what install of the mount looks like .

    That's horrible about the girl!

Check out this thread about vibrations:
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2n...observations-conclusions-etc.html#post5448641

The mount is a really easy install. Only need a floor jack, it's not really messing with the angle that much, not enough where you need to remount the engine, it just takes up some of the slack from the other rubber mounts. The mounts could be swapped in probably 30-60 minutes.

That's just the dealer's mechanic talking and, as far as he's concerned, it is a liability (hell, 90% of the mods on this site would be considered a liability to a dealership). However, in the real world that the rest of us live in, it's perfectly fine and actually helps protect your rear diff during a water crossing.

Oh i know exactly. It's just happens to be the correct thread count and size we need so why not use an OEM part. I ordered it over the phone anyways.
