What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Sure does man! However... it works only if if the headlight switch is on. Otherwise.... only your ambers will run as DRL's.

I did the exact same thing to my bull bar on my 06 tacoma going over a hill will a giant stump at the top that icouldnt see over the hood hehe.....left it like that to show my battle wounds!!

 

Mine was a rock and I wasn't even going fast. It ended up high centering me a little on my crossmember. When I backed down I drug it all the way down the hill with me. My skids are trashed too. They aren't worth a damn.

Got a new driveline on today though

 

Installed add a leaf front springs and shocks tomorrow if I can find a spring compressor :/

 

Least they survived Moab!

You could probably dump your DL on here as a trail spare for someone and pick up another. Or keep it for yourself.

I may look into a one piece driveline by having one from a '99 4runner modded to fit if I can find one for cheap and then swap in the banged up one for wheeling.

Did the first oil change today at 1000 miles. Was a tight fit for the filter wrench. I think the next time I will get the filter for the 4.0 Tacomas. From reading some of the oil filter threads, it is a little longer but will fit the 2.7. The oil looked pretty dirty for 1000 miles. I had a very hard time trying to see the new

took her to the dealership to get that airbag coil recall thing handled.

 

Hmmm a comma may have came in handy. Installed my add a leaf, front springs go in tomorrow
