Mine are also hung from the radiator support. Easy to do and didn't want to hassle with the other ways out there.

Nope. They are right side up. I didnt think about that when I fabbed the lightbar. That would have been alot easier. But I had fun builing it. I also built one for the bed. It attaches to the tiedown cleats. Worked out awesome.

I was not too sure on where to mount them. I wanted them in an area where they would not vibrate as much when I drive on dirt roads. I will be looking around where I can mount these so it can be lower. Maybe I can get some longer bolts too.

Oakley what length of bolt did you go with? I have the same setup as you with the lights on the support. The bolt I used though is a tad longer than I wanted so mine sit a little lower. I might just shave a little off the bolts or go buy a couple new ones if you happen to know the correct length.

They are helpful. I mounted the my Hella 500 in the same area you have. I am having issues with adjusting the lights. It is too close to the radiator. I will be looking for an alternative place to mount them.

Ya I thought it was a pain adjusting them but I finally got them set where I liked. Prior to mounting them there I mounted them off the grille. On the 2 plastic portions that you screw down, well I drilled a hole through each side then reinforced both sides with some aluminum and mounted them. if that makes any sense

Mounted mine to the grill surround and added plates just like ilovetacos but I welded them at the corner. The lights do not bounce when driving. I don't do any offroad but I do live in Cleveland and there's plenty of potholes and construction. Below is a pic from the passenger side.

I know exactly what you mean. I had to remount my Hellas because it was against the radiator. I also used longer bolts to center the Hellas. <-Thanks to oakleyTRD (post #18)

The bolts are located next to the screws for the grille.
