What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Left my truck for some custom made skid plates...

 

Mounted a holster in my center console.

I picked up a Blackhawk holster from wallyworld and used some 3M double sided mounting tape I had laying around. I found this holster will hold most of my pistols nicely.

Sanded down and painted N-Fab Tire Carrier that I picked up from EVILSTI(thanks brudda), and under coated the stock skid. Damn I need to invest in some upgrade skids

 

Yesterday I sealed the living shit out of my clear headlights. Ebay bastards leaked!!!!

Today - put em back in.

 

I tried velcro on mine but didnt hold up. Hows the 3M tape doing

That dude is not kidding around, bad ass lift and he even got the BHLM done too

Got a new skid plate from TW member Matt123. 10g steel

 

Installed bilstein 5100 set at 0 with eibach and stock top plate, no lift or TSB rear. Wheels are 16x9 so the 265/75 Duratrac rub after fender flare trimmed going up the driveway, but no more now!

Might not be much difference but didn't want higher lift, just leveled it almost.

Got new tires today. BFG rugged terrain (not trail). 265/70/17 on stock sport rims. 720 otd and so far I'm really happy with them. They look aggressive but ride like butter. I don't offroad too hard since the truck isn't paid off yet and do mostly city driving with the occasional desert adventure here and there so these seem like they'll really fit my needs.






Also got some black trd floor mats



Just need some 5100s to level it out and then maybe step up to an ome lift when I can afford it.

 

I like that skid a lot. Custom? Do you know where he got it?

It's custom and you can put any logo on the front with whatever color you want. I wanted black with the TRD logo. It's powdercoated pretty thick BTW.

 

I really want to go with these tires, and if you have any big or close up stuff or high res, please pm or email. They seem like great reviews, usable in snow, and I mainly am on highway but shenanigan like a maniac when I can. I heard they are quiet too, and the weight is not as bad as any others for the same size, yet have a high load rating...
