Now to figure out which of the many ways to mount these Chevys.

After that time to measure for shocks.

I'll let you know when I put the Chevys on. FYI 10" travel + an extended brake line would help with my mix n match leaf pack. But I ran stock shocks and brake line ok, down side was the shocks were my limiting factor at droop and my brake line was tight.

Hey Gian I just went out and flexed my leaves and found out if you have extended bump stops you can get by with stock length stuff.

That should be about it. Tires might rub at full stuff (mine did).

Yeah about the BPV. I made a longer bracket that helped out. I might even be willing to make another. :D

After thinking it over I made my front hangers for the chevys out of square tubing. I placed the hangers ~7-2/1" forward.

Moved the rear shackle mount 1-1/2" to the rear due to the stock shackles hitting the aftermarket hitch mount that I cut for shackle clearance for my OEM leafs. Now the shackle angle is better and the springs can fully compress. I have yet to get longer shocks but will update when I do.

I moved my stock E-brake cable down to follow the springs. In the stock location, the cable would hinder full droop.

I like what you did with the e-brake cable, I've been running into that problem...
Ah... its sucks adapters are so pricey for us to use the older pick-up t-cases.....

And NICE. That's a score with the hp 44... Are you going to go bigger even with the work you've already put into the waggy axle?
