Got my stuff today. The big box with all the goodies, and a little note that the shroud centric rings are shipping separately. That was the other shipping notice I got from TRS.

On another note, I had no idea the shrouds were this BIG! I got the panamera shrouds. I'm sure I'll be back with questions on the retrofit process, been watching vids and reading threads all day in preparation.

My order is backordered (35w morimoto ballasts), good thing too because I'm trying to change from Apollo shrouds to the Orbit shrouds with XB halos. Those Halo's dont come in different sizes do they?

*edit, looked on the TRS site and there are different size Halos....So what size fits with the Orbit's?

CAI, dynomax turbo exhaust system, tinted windows medium on the fronts to match the backs, hid kit hi and low beam, pop and lock tailgate, painted calipers red with caliper paint, put 2.25' leveling kit in front and a 1" block in the rear. its now level and rides WAY better (readylift)>way nicer than the revtek my buddy has i think its garbage imo<, hurst "T" shifter, 18 x 10 american racing (can't remember the name) chrome rims with badass 5 inch lip :), 12 inch rockford fosgate punch with rockford fosgate 600 watt amp, bushwacker fender flares (cheaper than replacing the one i wrecked lol) ,kc light bar with kc lights, toyota aluminum stamped skid plate, and a skull front license plate. More mods to come, thinking a 6 inch lift and arb bumper etc etc.
those are the D2S and are fairly easy to install? im looking for plug and play i dont feel like cutting up the oem headlights as they are 09's black chrome... I am curious more about them to they just sit in place? or how do these work do i have to trim? etc. just trying to figure out the goods.

I was looking into another set of just straight h4's hi low hid 6000k i had a pair that were like 300 bucks ( probably got ripped off ) but i didn't know any better. however they were called beamers. and they actually worked really really well. until a bulb blew up  and then i just bought a cheap kit that was like 65 bucks.... the difference in wiring etc wasnt noticiebale ... that night i was pissed off... but seeing in how i only spent 65 bucks i never returned them and just threw them in my old dodge with a h4 conversion in them they work alright better than what that old truck had before... im contemplating just getting another h4 kit but saw this and would actually love the output that this white truck above has... that is pure sex in my eyes. i drive alot at night and im known for the mega heavy right foot.

sad i missed on the group buy... :( maybe round 11??? id be down if its soon ... i hate these halogens ... i miss the hids badly !!

Started tonight. Got the grill off and the headlights out. Holy schnikes I thought I was gonna have to take the bumper off to get the lights out! Finally found the "trick" and got the second one out in like 30 seconds after I had all the bolts out. FYI, there is a little "tab" like thing sticking up on the bottom towards the inner side edge of where the light sits. Get the bottom edge of the light up and over this and it's cake after that.

Quick question: the little strip of weather seal molding on the top of the lights. Does everyone take that off and then glue it back later or just let it stay on during the baking process?

There is always beer!! ;) Unfortunately I won't be done tomorrow. Gonna do the BHLM, so I will have to let them sit overnight. I've got the next few evenings all planned out. I'll plan on painting tomorrow evening, then getting started on assembly Friday evening and can finish up Saturday if needed. Oh, then Sunday morning at 5:45am I board a plane heading for Oahu. So I got that going for me, which is nice :D
