    But with regard to that particular exhange, your first response was fine, and your qualifications of "IMO" are a sound approach to not sounding like such a dick all the time. Well done.

    Why the vendor chose to trash your opinion in the name of offering an "affordable product," especially since you never mentioned any vendor names, is a bit of a mystery.

    But, IMO, the way you responded to that post was a bit, um, in your face and blow-by-blow. Given his unwarranted response to your opinion, you could have just said, "And that's your opinion. Good design and affordability can't go together."

    For a small fee, I'd be happy to coach you through your future responses. :)
