    and you have everything needed with the exception of the tools and what not correct? plus sealant just making sure i dont need to order and other ballasts or parts to complete.

    Ill cover shipping up to 20 bucks. It all fits in a medium flat rate but that wouldn't apply to you

    Everything that comes in a kit from TRS but no sealant, sells for about 10 bucks on ebay.
    Comes with everything necessary, you just need the tools and time to do this

    I don't know what you have for auto parts stores where you're located but any Autozone or Advanced Auto should have 3M window weld ribbon sealant. That's what a lot of people use to reseal their headlights and it works great.
