    So I have been tossing around the idea of getting a plate front bumper any fab shops on the east coast that makes a decent bumper seems like everything is like out on the west coast which means shipping is gonna be a killer.

    I had 30 gallons of gas in front of the axle and 960 lbs of sand behind the axle in the bed of the Tacoma this evening...stock suspension did admirably but it definitely felt like it was too much to take on the highway safely...engine, trans and brakes felt great...

    Who's ready for a hurricane?

    Seems like this Sandy business could be a little worse than I was originally thinking, but my only concern still is hail, my truck sits outside, and my wife's SUV sits in the garage. And my truck doesnt fit, and it worth less than hers, but still, I would be pissed.
