^^^ LOL. I would have hated to have been your parents while you were growing up if you were expecting to receive something.

BTW, yes I can tell. Don't worry they are coming and no more adapting to make them work!

BUMP! Super excited to get these installed. I'm expecting a very cold and grueling winter here in Central PA....

Anyway, I noticed you said about pigtails. Totally forgot about needing these. How many will I need to hook up the heating switch. I have to order a few other parts, so I figured I should order everything at the same time to save on shipping :) Thanks!

You Might want to check out this thread for ideas on hooking up heated switch. http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/193528-oem-heated-mirrors-diy-mod.html

Since getting the door panels off is critical for this install, does anyone have a how-to in order to do that? I'm not the handiest person.

It depends. I am holding onto the CC info until either the mirrors come in or they ask for me to enter the orders so that they can keep track of the sales. I have not had any indication that they will need me to do this though.
Since I am talking about this I have been updated as to the expected delivery time. Mirrors without Heat/LEDs, should be in right around mid December. Sets with Heat/LEDs should be in early January.

Although I had no problem pre-ordering the mirrors to make sure I get them as soon as I can, I suspect many buyers are relunctant to order something that still won't be available for a couple months. Others may be waiting for reviews from others. Build'em and they will come. I can't wait to get mine! So tired of these "strap-ons" that are too small and floppy. :)

How about doing a product review to generate some intrest?

The other way to generate intrest would to have more people with them telling others how much they love these mirrors and can see so much better with them.....

So I have a '12 Sport with the blinkers in the mirror heads, and I have all the Toyota OE supplies to wire up heat from the "OE DIY" thread. I have a few questions about these...I hope I haven't missed answers elsewhere, I think I read both threads end to end.

Is the lead for the ProEFX blinker terminated with the match to the OE Toyota plug?

OE style power adjustment harness/connector too I imagine?

Are the heated glass platters a full coverage "OE" style heating element, or just a patch of heat tape like the lo-dough heated moto-grip mod?

How are the heater elements terminated? Do they have a pigtail coming out of the mirror stalk, or would I need to disassemble the mirror and connect to the heater element?

How much does each heated mirror draw at full power?

What is average ConUS shipping on a pair of these?

    Thanks in advance!
