I could tell you weren't bald, but the lighting in the cab just made it perfect. I was like wtf, walter white!? I showed my friend and he thought I photoshopped Walter White's face on to you

A somewhat unexpected/unplanned mod added a couple days ago, 2002 Subaru WRX seats. They are incredibly comfortable and exactly what I needed.

    2012-11-25_08-46-57_647_968f199f89ec3990377410d0d3fc78f62ec7d062.jpg

    Main reasons for the conversion
    -I wanted some height adjustment (I'm short.)
    -Better comfort
-Ditch the armrest/storage because I want that space for other crap and an eventual crawl box. I have no interest in having a center console/storage/whatever

Modification to the Subaru brackets was a little more than I expected we got it to mount to the OEM locations.

I still need to clean up the brackets and paint them, but like most of my half-assed projects, I'll probably never get around to it. Still haven't even re-installed any of the trim pieces after tubbing the firewall as you can see. :anonymous:

Lastly, I can't thank Madjik_Man enough for all the help and hospitality with this big little project.

After spending nearly a week with 45acp I've come to the conclusion he looks a lot less like Heizenberg than he does Court McGee.

On a side note my kid keeps asking if you're sleeping over again. :D

A guy is coming by tomorrow to look at and, probably, buy your seats.

No bites on my hacked up ones yet.

Like I said, they'll probably be mounted to a frame and put on my front porch. After all I did earn my Redneck Card last week.

I dunno how they can even call the middle of a 60/40 a seat. Maybe it would suit a 5year old with no legs :notsure:
