    getting a box made for the tacoma will limit you to what you already know is out there. you pretty much get either slanted sides, or you sacrifice the low-profile and get straight sides.

    the world of truck boxes is anything but precise. and with all of the different styles and sizes out there, you may beable to take some measurements and find exactly the box you need. it just may be made for a different truck.

    Fink, why not call Betterbuilt direct 1-800-366-8269 and tell them what you want....

    My '02 has a Betterbuilt low profile deep box with just corner wedges,not the full wedge cut....

    I purchased mine through Autozone and got one hell of a DEAL $$...and that Duralast emblem came off real smooth...;)

    Plus ,anyone saying these are CHEAP...I differ...mine carries everything for my "Mack Office" and my Travel gear,gets walked on EVERY time I wash my truck ( I am too dam short to wash the roof) and has a few NH winters under its belt...just my 2 cents...

    They are no contract, but it was a PITA getting in touch with the right people to cancel it.

    They kept asking me for a four-digit security code, which I never setup. Got stuck in a loop on an automated system, etc...

    Finally got in touch with a human and she confirmed I never setup a passcode and got me taken care of.
