    I helped install that bad boy. I am not gonna say their isn't any similarity, but I wanted a lot of extra stuff on the inside and he's local. Figured I'd save on shipping. Everyone knows who BF is, and everyone knows that the BF bumper is the sickest looking bumper out there, especially on Stefens truck.

    Why? It's made out of (2) tubes of 1-3/4" .120" DOM. That's much stronger then the sliders I bash into rocks on my truck or lift the entire side of my truck from.

    Maybe I'm missing something, but this is much stronger then plate thus why no need for "added" support.

    This bumper is MUCH stronger then the one I currently have and abused for years without bending. If my crappy hand down rear bumper can take years of abuse I would imagine this DOM tube bumper could as well.

    If you want added support you would need to cut the bedside and I like the look and function of these bumpers as they are (same as produced for years on first gens).
