It's unfortunate that we won't be able to work on the truck for a long time. (Seems Mark lost the garage in the battle of the sexes)

Interesting....do you have an auto transmission? Factory tcase? I'm running 35s and was going to go with 4:88 gears instead of 4:56...any insight on that?

Auto tranny, with factory t-case, factory gearing. 4.56's did great with the 37's, plenty of power and got better milage than I did with the 35's. I am staying with the 4.56's for the swap as well.

Do you think 35s and 4:88 may be too low? 3k rpm @65 I've heard...

RPM's seem pretty high. Stock is like 21-2200 at 65-70...thats where I would want to end up. Pretty close to where I am/was.

Go big or go home right? I will be Dana 60's front and rear, 35 spline inners and outers up front, 35 spline chromo rears, Spartan Locker up front, ARB locker in the rear, 4 wheel disc, high-steer with hydro assist...:D

    Thanks!

    And high-steer arm(s) have arrived...

    First off...the bad

    2012-12-07103401_cd945b4ab774398fbfb2635ff3a3eac282f07114.jpg

And what was left in the box:

Passenger double hole arm slipped out the hole in the box! Chassis Unlimited sent out another immediately...no questions asked! Thanks Cody! Best price on high-steer arms and free shipping!

    https://www.chassisunlimited.com/product/steering/d60-steering-arm-kits/d60-cross-over-arm-kit.html

And the arm is nice! No machining marks left anywhere...and appears to be bead/sand blasted even! So nice!

    :goingcrazy:

No chromo dust for the front? Doing any special u-joints like 300m? What made you decide to put the selectable locker out back instead of the front? Maybe a bit overkill for your current 37s... but by golly, at least nothing will ever break!!! :D:cool: What size would you like to go to once your 37s wear out?

This thing is going to be insane.

No chromo for the front, the 35 spline front stuff is pretty damn strong. Gonna run stock u-joints until they start giving me a headache.

Manual hubs up front so no need for the selectable up front, only reason I am putting one out back is for street manners while I drive hrs and hrs to the trail.

37's, maybe 40's some day, but prolly stick with 37's, thus the shave on the front housing.
