Hey guys and gals, my name's Rob and I'm just getting around to posting my introduction
after a month on here. I have a 2006 Access Cab SR5 Taco w/ 2.7L/5 speed combo. I'm installing a K&N CAI very soon and hope to swap in a muffler in a short time too . Any suggestions for a good aggressive muffler? I'm leaning towards a Flowmaster Super 44, but experienced feedback would be appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Thanks for the welcome. I am going w/ the 63-2096 kit w/the plastic tube. I found it on eBay brand spanking new for $145 so I jumped all over it. It's supposed to arrive sometime on 12/11. Hopefully my truck will be out of the body shop by then as well. I got rear ended by a Jeep Wrangler and it smashed my bumper and completely screwed my passenger bed panel. She'll be looking good again soon, so no worries.

I'm definitely liking the CAI so far. It definitely changes the tone of the engine at startup and rev. I installed it today since I got my truck back last night. I'm trying to load truck pics from my Casio Commando phone, but my computer keeps coming up w/errors and crap. I've loaded pics from the phone before, so hopefully I'll get some up soon. Maybe I'll just have to dig out the old digital camera and try that, lol.

    Lol!
I have been looking at the Volant CAI with Ram Scoop, but the more I look into it the more I question myself. But sounds like you are happy with yours! Can you tell a difference in MPG?
