    Damn you. I looked through that link probably 3 or 4 times before, it took me 2 read overs after you linked to it to realize it's called "cigarette lighter plug always on." No mention of 12v or anything, no wonder I kept reading over it. I'm gonna ask them to change the title to include 12v or something.

    Thanks so much, now my phone can charge when I'm working.

    jw, how many times do you stop for gas? we go to WNY close to buffalo about once a year as well. i fill up right as we leave or the night before depending on what time we plain on leaving. i cane make it half way before i need gas. so we stop for food and gas. also usually that 2nd tank will get me their and usually get gas the next day or later that day. our trip is about 650 miles. taking i75 to i71 to i90.
