he can't use those. he is SOA. IMO sell the 6lug and get a 5lug its geared right, lighter, and cheaper. easier to lower too.

That sounds like a plan. I wish I could have the best of both worlds.

Wow. I didn't even know short-cab Tacos existed. Pretty choked that Toyota would sell them in the US but not here (Alberta). Almost makes me want to shoot across the border and bring one up.
How are they leg-room/comfort wise compared to the access cab?

I'm 6' tall and pretty wide - I'm perfectly comfortable in it.

If you're over 6'1"-6'2" you might not enjoy it as much.

I'm 6'4" and 250, it's manageable as long as the bench is all of the way back. I'm driving from KC, to Lincoln, to Winter Park and back the next week, and it will be just fine.

I still need to swap my bench.

A bucket would almost be worse since I wouldn't be able to move it as far back, since the seat back is more reclined. I roll with the steering wheel all of the way up/out and the seat all of the way back. After almost 4 years, it's 2nd nature and I'm used to it. I have a homemade arm rest that helps some too. On my seat though, you can see that I sit weird in it, I put a lot more weight on my right side and it's wearing out the seat faster there.

    I'm 6'3" and it's fine.

My problem is if I have the seat all the way back to make the leg reach truly comfortable, the wheel and dash are too far away, so I roll with the seat a couple of notches forward.

But I've never smacked my leg on the dash getting in. I used to do that all the time in my '94, and when I rented a 1st Gen it was the same problem.

Just about 6-2. Sister is the same if not a tad taller. Dad is 6-8. All have been in the truck. (my mom is 4-11...hows that for a family!!)

I have 0 problems and actually have found the single cab Taco to be the ROOMIEST of the single cab, small 2WD trucks. Ranger, S10, Coloraduh, do not even compare. Fronty even maybe. Seats all the way back in each of those other trucks.

Seat back all the way in the Taco? Don't like the feeling of how far the pedals are. Don't like how far away I am from the steering wheel either.

Now my dad. He fits. He does not fit 100% comfortably, but he fits. Knees very close to the glove box. The seat does go all the way back then but we're usually highway cruising if he's in my truck so CC helps with that. Most people are not 6-8 however.

Buckets would be nice venture one day.

Figured I'd throw this in here since the sickspeed badge thread got shut down due to a bunch of intraweb e-peen unecessariness. First pic is close enough to read it and second shows it is not crooked like it looks in the first pic.........

Wow. I quit paying attentin to that thread after my post, didn't miss anything I see. You've really just got have no life to sit and go on and on about that kind of asinine shit...for 6 more pages...

Gelo is alright by me, he hangs out over in MT-BS to so we've BS'd there couple times. Them other 2 need to get lives and get over what other people do with THIER money... Glad you 2 can afford "real" trucks to make up for other, smaller, inadequacies.

Oh I wasn't referencing Gelo, it was the klown trolls talkin out their ass like they were king shit of their parent's basement.

Also ordered this $7.00 Hyundai badge to cut the 2.7 off of if the size and style of the lettering go better with the SR5 on the tailgate & then use the sickspeed somewhere else. I'll see when I get it. I'm sure it'll not be the quality of the sickspeed badge tho, just plastic.............
