It was 699 last time they had it in stock last week

 

X2 I've bought a lot of gun stuff online this month and didn't even bother checking CTD. Midway and Brownells got all of my business.

 

Like wise, I guess we also need one with the companies that are at least "trying" to work with us, honoring prices through back orders and such.

Im looking into reloading. Ive already got most of the stuff. I need dies, bullets, powder, and primers...haha

 

I've done some browsing around and the hardest part is going to be finding bullets. I couldn't find any plain Jane FMJ in stock. Mostly all that was left was the match grade 50 cent - $1 bullets

Both have been awesome lately. Never price gouged and allowed back order. Brownells even gave the tip to order the gen 3 pmags in black because that's what magpul is focusing on making

 

There are several companies out there that have discontinued Semi-auto rifle sales to civilians. Here is one such example Dana Safety Suppy. They are in the SE US mostly. They own some gun shops that go by other names. So do you research southern guys. In tampa they go by Central Firearms off of Dale Mabry by the stadium. Here is the GM's Respnse from facebook:

DSS is on the news at this moment (Sugar Hill,GA) will NOT sell AR-15s to the public now ... only P/Ds & LEOs can buy them ...

The sheriff (in that area) was against this DSS ban and was on TV voicing his opinion.

It's division self-inflicted by firearm related companies and gun owners that will erode the 2nd Amendment and embolden the anti-gun left and right. The simple fact is that many in the firearm industry and gun owners themselves do not truly understand the 2nd Amendment...it was never about hunting or sporting arms...it was and will always be about the last line of defense against tyranny and oppression the 2nd Amendment protects the rest. So, regardless of the intentions of companies or their "ideals" my business will belong to those that support 100% and do not divide or try and protect their one slice of the pie. Having said that and staying on point, we need to start a thread of the pro 2nd Amendment companies and those that are either trying to exploit this tragedy for profit at the expense of gun owners or those that are eroding the 2nd Amendment through their own self imposed "ban" actions. At the end of the day an AR15 is just the modern musket...I am sure our founders would own one or two if that's what the British were equipped with...they didn't bring clubs to the fight with the British.
