Grey wire MOD, deck plate, diff breather MOD, 2nd gen. OME 883# on Tundra 5100's, OMD custom 3" leafsprings, rear shock relocation, Ivan Stewart TRD rims w/285/75/16's, '02 bumper MOD, Famous Fabrications sliders , LED interior/exterior lights, bed bar, Custom tube bumper, Old school KC day lighters,Red Ring 8" HID flood, Kenwood vhf 2M.. umm some other shit I'm forgetting right now

Well if you can find a commercial 1 ton Chevy S-10 you'd probably have it made, they have 8 or 9 nice, deeply ARC'd leafs per side, I will say that what you're trying to accomplish ,it's going to be difficult to get more than 5" at the most 6" of lift with springs alone without "over" springing it which will give you a pogo stick of a ride, you'll no doubt have to fall back on using 2" blocks, body lift :)notsure:), or have some custom springs made with extreme ARC, which in itself can open another can of worms...

The trails weren't real difficult, a few spots were tricky, the vids dont really show angles all that well, here is another, some wash runs over to our next trail area.
Wife and I are going to start cutting and pasting them and make one video.

Thats right Erik .. you pic a day, PM me...;)

You won't regret it, 2 chevys per side yields 3" a lift generally..

I've been running this 6 leaf progressive & gotta say. these springs are horrible, they look nice but they ride like shit, I can't wait to dump these POS !! & go back to linear springs

Ooooh, oooh, let me guess - not enough support at the ends of each leaf, making a bouncier ride?

Nice !! Just remember not to be in a rush, look them over carefully, look for nice even ARC, nothing too radical & take a tape measure with you to measure width on donor springs (generally they're the same width but you never know when the manuf. is going to drop in a diff size, Ford does this once in awhile)

You want to try to maintain your donors to as close to OEM as possible as far as dimentions:)

You are half right , its a spongy ride on smooth surfaces (streets/roads/some dirt roads) but they're like that by design, soft suspension until you start hitting rougher terrain then is when they ramp up & get stiffer.. There in is the problem, in this pic. I can't even stuff this tire into the well..I've got like 2.5" of shock travel left & it won't go because the springs have hit a wall, meaning that almost all the flexation is gone because of the progressive design (thinner to thicker/thicker to thinner) The other leafpack (linear) performs waaaay better in all areas from these POS's that are on now...

& the droop isn't great either.....
