So, my transmission fully shit the bed on me out of the blue. Had to get it towed up to Priority tonight. Should be interesting come tomorrow, yay.

Anyone want to help install my new subs/amp? Real tight on money and don't feel like paying money to get them installed! If anyone is available any time soon it would be appreciated!

 

Stopped by the Camp Allen MCX today and they got a shipment of AR-15's!!! I was there at around noon and they were taking them out of the box. No ammo in stock but if anyones looking for one Id check there.

if you look into getting the relentless kit, i'd be willing to help you weld it up. im either gonna buy that kit or im just gonna build one myself

 

i got a welder for christmas that i planned on teaching myself with (220 stick). the other day i found out that my old house cant handle the power draw from it and i have no other place that i could get power from. back to craigslist i suppose

so im having CB problems now... when i use my sc and try to talk in it (only on the cb function, not the PA) i can hear myself talking in the door speakers of my truck.... WTF!?!?!?!? can anyone help me out? and i also may have to retune my CB antenna, i need to start taking it off before i go into the parking garages so does anyone have the meter i need to tune it? steve-o was the guy that haelped me with mine but hes no longer around here.

 

Feed back through speakers is almost always a ground issue. Try using a different ground location.

ill check it. used some cheap wire before, may have broken just from weathering. ill keep yall posted if i need more help past that =P but i still would like to re-tune my antenna in order to keep from damaging my CB.

 

Going to start wrenching at sun up. Should be a productive day. Doing diff breather mod tomorrow and getting the rest of this junk finished as well.

Anybody know a local place that carries CB parts? Need to pick up a few pieces for my antenna setup.
