yea i'm excited to get it going and try it out...should be a nice change

i won't have to wheel with the mic in my hand in order to hear chatter now...it'll be facing me in front of my hand..normally it's in my hand, in a cup holder or draped over my leg..

haven't tested it out yet, been letting the jb weld fully set before messing with it too much... got a road trip coming up this weekend, maybe I'll find a dirt road to take along the way.

Nice links. I like the repair kit I am gonna have to order one. To note when you order a new line from them you can order the safety thimble already on. Also my line came with a rock guard and the drum attachment piece.

One other note - I looked at that thick hawse lead and at extreme angle pulls the line could still hit the side of ARB bumper front. So I was concerned about fraying. So I went with the Deralin rollers. But I will be curious if you pic up that lead to see how it works.

if you do order it with no end then so you can splice in the thimble easier.
Right here about half way down the page:

    http://www.winchline.com/fairleads.html

But if you actually want to buy them it is here:

it says..These rollers are exclusively for the Superwinch X9, S6000 & S9000 . They are not made for any other type of winch...guess i have to measure my rollers and compare

Yeah just measure. They fit my fairlead for the XRC just fine. Also in that first line they picture them on a Warn roller frame. I bet they fit. Or maybe there is another link I missed.

couple things accomplished today...got some work done on my splitboard this weekend with some K-clips and cleaned up the base today..ready to rock now! much more solid setup now..

got my trailer plug mounted up finally on the bumper (had to make a new hole for it to work with my license plate setup

also mod'd my BAMF lca skids to work with my relentless IFS skid...the relentless skid is wider than the allpro so i had to trim back on the LCA skid to allow them both to live together down there...

then on the down side, put the go pro under the truck to get some footage of my driveshaft problems and it's worse than i thought..

videos uploading now, and it does not sound happy....bad vibrations with a dented shaft and a failing carrier bearing...i need a new driveshaft baaaaaad!

maybe new U joints too. If you have been driving on a bent drive shaft they could be toast too now.

almost guaranteed that i have some u joints going as well...but i know the CB is shot... i've been putting off the u joints until i fix the carrier bearing

really hoping to find a wrecked 2nd gen AC or DCSB manual to snag its driveshaft assembly

would solve the dented shaft and bad bearing problems in one shot
