Are you gluten free by choice or necessity?


I would die without carbs... I pretty much live on carbs!!

 

Yea pretty much. But no dairy either too. And no just gluten free stuff.

But the sugar stuff is hard haha

 

I think they're gonna use that scene in the season finale

and there's a scene coming up that's shot in one of the labs I work in....

I wrote my initials in huge dry-erase on the fume hoods; they werent erased when I came back after they shot so I REALLY REALLY HOPE they're visible in-scene

Fuck that too! My wife and I go through 2+ gallons of milk a week and a 2lb brick of cheese! I love dairy products.

How do you get your calcium needs?

 

The coconut milk has it. Quite a bit really.

And yea I love cheese too. But we as people go through it was too much just like sugar and wheats.

D you still drink milk??? Shoulda stopped that at the age of like 18 man haha drinking lots of milk in an older age isn't healthy for you..will catch up too you later in a bad way. Lot of fat haha

 

Weird... never heard that before in my life. Typically people don't get enough calcium. Part of why osteoporosis is as common as it is nowadays. My deals with old people.with it all the time in her clinic.
