Its hard to say without removing it but it feels like its coming from the tierod joint right in the middle of the boot. I guess ill have to pull off the boot sometime.

Take the power steering pump off and clean the screen inside the resi and it will stop the wining and squealing.

 

Boom this! I just posted this in the actual thread also, it worked great for me! I also put a pre pump filter between the hose and the pump when I was done so I could have easy access to it.

 

Get them siped. Will make them TONS better on the road in snow/ice. Usually about $15/tire to have them siped. I did that with my KM2s and it made all the difference.

 

Funny, I just sold my roofrack. Had it in the Buy/Sell/Trade section looking to trade it for some fiberglass fenders. Haven't found the fenders yet but someone bought the rack.

 

I just got a quote to install
moog upper lower ball joints and inner outer tie rods
Upper lower a arm bushings and sway bar end link bushings
bilstien 5100s up front and new rear leafs
New coils up front

I'm supplying all the parts. $1,300.00

My quote was $1,700 to install est 6 hours.

I'm thinking it shouldn't cost more than $700.00

So $200 for parts labor and alignment sounds reasonable.
Esp. considering the alignment typically goes for 70-80. Inner tie rod parts btw 30-40 each side.

 

Just installed my roof lights, will be running wires tomorrow



got to cut the bolts down a bit but I'm happy with it

 

So their shop rate is $283 p/hr? I think $800-1000 is much more reasonable. All the bushings will probably be rotted and be time consuming to get out.

I have no clue, dood... I think this would only work with blinkers that rely on the resistance to not have them hyper flash.

Just got done doing the deckplate mod to my new rig. Should be the first mod to every 3.4 first gen.

 

Just finished installing a trenz billet grille on my taco. Kept the toyota emblem and remounted, I think it looks better with the emblem. Below are pics. Next will be a lower TRD skid plate.

Thanks man. It took about 9 hours of grinding cutting and cursing. At one point I felt that I couldn't or shouldn't cut any more plastic. I knew I had to keep going and ultimately was able to make it fit.

 

Took me bout 4 hrs and I cut the hole grille out and made me own mounting brackets. Looks good, i think it would look sweet if you had painted it black

 

I finally got my bumpers and fender flares color matched!
