regarding the first picture on the third page, i'd recomend that if you build hoops like that, make them angled in the front, not squared. of he were to hang up one of the wings on a tree or something, it would bring him to a stop, and potentially require reverse to get free of the opstacle, and speaking from experience, backing up a trailer off road can be very trickey at times. if you angle the front of that hoop, it will kick the trailer off to the side, around your opstacle as you continue forward.

here's mine. it ws a tight corner, and the trailer was going to catch the tree. it hit the kickout right at the frame, and as i drove forward, it just slid right along the tube, pushing the trailer out of the way.

 

I had a warranty issue the 305/65/17's and I now have 285/70/17's and they are rubbing as much as the 305"s. I have the toytec 3". What do I need to do stop the rubbing?

10 sounds good to me. What do you mean gen one slumbing it up! You mean I can't leave it there while I send my front diff to east coast gear supply to add that arb front locker!

Anyone want to help me replace my front brakes? Not gonna be this weekend, but sometime in the near future.

Also, do I stick with stock brake pads and possibly replace rotors too?

Hey ya'll, it's been a while since I've been on and wanted to see how everyone was doing with their builds. though, I do also have a question in regards to tires and wheels. Currently running 265/75r16s with the Bilstein 5100s at full length in the front with an AAL in the rear. Want to put some larger tires on her, but not sure what my limit should be without going to a 6" Fabtech and such. Any inputs? Also, if you're in the Stafford area, I have a couple of stock running boards just taking up space in the garage that need a new home. thanks ya'll.
