If I were you I would go with the second link Costa posted with a set of LR UCAs or TC UCAs if you want uni-ball instead of ball joint uppers.

 

I have the second one for about 2 years. The OME and have LR UCA'S. have had no problems only things is be ready for a stiff ride.

 

I'm not even sure if I'm gonna do it yet or not. Just lookin and thinkin right now. I'm goin on a fishin trip to Arkansas in April so we'll hve to see what kind of money I spend on that first.

Practically stole this off a co-worker today. He sold it to me for next to nothing. His brother made it on a machine from his work. I don't know what the machine is called but I've seen them before and they are bad ass. It's a laser cut piece of steel that is about 1/8" thick. Question is should I paint it or not? Probably gonna hang it in my garage, don't really have a better place to put it.

 

I'd leave it like that. I think it looks pretty BA as it is.

 

It does have some surface rust starting already, so I might sand and clear coat if I do leave it.

 

Gotcha. Would you paint it red or black if you did paint it?

 

And BTW, I won a CAI from Autoanything. Help me decide which one I should pick.

I was thinking paint the dog white and the letters red with the G black or vice versa.

Send it over to the photoshop thread and have them PS the options you want and see what they look like

 

Anybody else miss college football? my life seems incomplete without the thought of kicking back, having a Bud, and watching some SEC football. Can't wait to watch UGA tear it up next year! (hopefully)

Been too quiet in here for the last several days. I'll stir things a bit, so who locally has an aftermarket exhaust on their trucks? With the whole CAI thing, got me thinking about an exhaust. I've never been a fan of them on anything other than V8's but if anyone has one on a 4.0 I'd like to here it at the next meet if possible. I don't want anything loud, just a deeper tone w/o any interior drone. Also don't want to lose any more mpg's. Just wanted to see what others think and locally so I could possibly hear how any sound.

If I were to do one, I'm thinking a Magnaflow welded in as a replacement into the factory pipes.

Thoughts?
