I don't know but when you figure it out can you let me know? I'm assuming we have 600 pound, 16'' springs based of what I gathered from AP.

I want to go to an 18'' 600 or 650.

I had to run a ton of pre-load on mine too. They're so saggy, definitely replacing them when I get back.

Today I'm goin to take the preload off and measure the free length, I'm betting I have 14" springs. I have always had a bunch of preload from the beginning. I want new springs but longer and a tad stiffer rate. Need to figure out exactly what I have now and go from there...

    ...too much shit to list.

    1) Stock up on beer....lots of it
    2) Make sure beer has adequate time to chill before you start work
    3) Ensure all your work lights work...no matter what...it's never easy and will always go into the night
    4) Make sure the misses understands she will have to cook you a steak and give you a massage and a bj at the end of the day to compensate you for your hard work

Do the brake lines first, so if they are seized, your truck isn't all torn apart and useless.
Get a tube of super lube from harbor freight or where ever
Have a good game plan and hardware for where/how you are mounting your resi's
Reinforce the misalignments tabs when you pull the stock arms off so you don't have to pull the whole thing apart again to do this when they bend.
Smooth the sharp edges on the inside of each lower arm pivot so your poly bushings last a lil longer.

good tips about the sharp edges on the lower arm pivots, would not have thought about that.

i have all the gussets that TC offers ready to go, just have to get my buddy to bring his TIG over.

in regards to welding, my friend will do all the TIG work since thats what he does for work, but mostly deals with stainless or aluminum, what type of tungsten and filler rod should we use?

spit cup, weathertech floor mats, riffle rack, and bilsteins.
Make sure you have a 5/8 hex key for the uniball adapter bolt.
Other than that, some pb blaster for the cam bolts. Lots of rags if you are doing the cv's as well.

That deals been running for like 3 years now. Most places ran a similar deal to clear their inventory for the new black anodizing.
