Next time just buy a replacement carb off ebay, along with a rebuild kit. Throw the new one on, an rebuild the old one when you get a chance. Then you have a 2 carbs for about half of that.

My new carb for my early 90's snapper snowblower was like $45, and a rebuild kit with new bowl/float was like $30. Rebuilding is really easy. Only "specialty" tools you may need are a vice and brass punch.

Yup, I used Startron on the beast..and always use the electric start.

That's okay..my big mouth will cost them more than $150. Customer service seems a dying art..

Satoshi'd grill. blacked out badges. aftermarket sound system. De-chromed and color matched. OME 885s + Dakars with 3rd leaf removed. LR UCAs. Scs stealth 6 with 285 duratracs. BAMF sliders
People sell OEM ones here, that might be the cheapest if the shipping doesnt screw you. Im sure there are alot of other options but i wouldnt know how they would compare cost wise and strength wise

$100 - $150 and a fairly simple DIY installation. The wiring can be as simple as plug and play for a 4-pin connection, 7 pin is a bit more involved.

See the trexlight GB? Im about to PM troy but i dont know if starting a new thread will be worth it.

Need opinions from you guys either not interested in buying LED lights or maybe on the fence about buying some. I suggested to troy from treklights that he should give away some lights in order to get more buyers on the group buy. So im thinking something like ten more orders and 2 people from the group buy are randomly selected to get free lights. Do you guys think doing this would get more buyers? Would you personally consider buying lights, keep in mind some are pretty cheap, for the chance to get free ones?

I would recommend the LEDs after seeing Alex's in person. They look awesome.

Thanks for the gauge swap Alex.

I found mine on craigslist for $90, I forget what brand it is, but its not OEM. I didn't bother wiring mine up because all I wanted to use it for was a recovery point.
