    may seem like a weird question. Getting ready to have a 3" body lift installed ( in addition to the toytec 3" bilstein 5100's kit and the LR UCA's) with 35's. Any draw backs to the higher lift and larger tires? I like the set up I have now however (LT285/70R17) however just can't stop wanting the bigger lift and bigger tires. Thought I'd ask before I pull the trigger.

    Dont get a body lift. They are dangerous and dont look good.

    Lots and lots of cutting and modification of the wheel well I'm guessing. Are you on stock rims or what?

    Well its a land Cruiser with a diesel so I've got that going for me.
    Man I just noticed one of my brand new icon rear shocks are leaking really badly! Just sent Icon an email. Hope they fix that for free since they are less than a month old!!!

    Also been thinking about 285s...anyone interested in a set of 5 265/75r16s that are almost brand new?

    Body lifts are not bad at all. Especially if you up size your bolts. Now i do think they are ugly if you go to high with it. I dont like more than 1.5 usually. Most people believe they are dangerous but no hard facts to prove it. They are easy to install and usually alot cheaper than suspension lifts.
