Rigid SR 20" LED Light bar, Pelfreybuilt Front Plate Bumper Ordered. Looking at Rear Plate Bumpers now.
I followed the oven heating instructions(8 minutes at 200 degrees) and had an easy time removing my inner headlight frames in order to scuff them down and paint them flat black.
Also removed my front bumper in anticipation of arrival of my Pelfreybuilt plate bumper:D

I just re-heated and put them back together. It looked like there was plenty of the stock sealer still there. Plus the headlight really isn't "sealed" due to the 3 bulb penetrations at the back..

I will likely take them apart when I can get a Bi-Xenon Retrofit kit to go in there.

what temperature did you use when baking the head light in the oven and did you set the headlight on anything in the oven or did you just set it on the rack it self? Also to you have a tut. for blacking out the lights?

There is a whole write-up on this if you search the forum, but it states in this thread (8min at 200) also, you will put a piece of cardboard in the oven to sit them on.
Here is a great write up. http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/lighting/65226-how-black-head-light-mod.html
