Haha, bypasses? i think most of them are worse than the actual main path lol

I told my buddy the water won't come anywhere near your door seals so nothing to worry about...

He hasn't extended his rear diff breather yet but i would suggest to others if you plan on wheelin' your truck more this year, this would be a very good, easy mod to do.

Well than. This should be fun indeed haha.

Rear diff breather is super easy for anyone thinking of doing it. PRobably takes only 30 mins if your really taking your time.

^^ Nice link to share Peter :) I routed mine to the upper "open" chubby instead of the lower one or behind the fuel door.

Thanks Mike, I put mine in the cubby with the door, As i always have dirt, mulch ext stuff loaded in the back so i didnt want it to get clogged up. May have to mount it higher depending on how deep some of the water is. See how she goes.

Thanks. She's pretty new. Doesn't have any off road experience yet so I need to get her dirty. Three more things left to put on and I'll be finished.

Good idea for keeping it protected, mines mounted fairly high in the chubby so I'm not really worried to much.

 Hey Guys first what is the deepest water we will cross. Need Brither MOD ASAP I guess. Also What and where did you guys mount your CB's. I have Cobra 29 and now I have second thoughts on mounting on passanger side center console.

well i have the cobra 75, so its kinda different. I dont have a box, all my controls are in the mic. passenger side could work. Depending on how big it is, you could mount it in the glove box.

not to sure on the water situation, but from the videos im thinking it will be half way up of the tires. Shouldnt be too close to the doors haha. Honestly though the rear diff mod is super easy and is a good peace of mind.

The videos i posted pretty much show how deep all the major water holes are.... Nothing really 1/2 way over the tires... Certainly not up to the floor boards but for how easy it is to extend your rear diff breather, i'd highly recommend it. Why don't you want to mount your CB off the center console? Mines a cobra 75 as well, so can't help you much.

Here's a couple more videos from a couple "mini trenches" on the East trail... This is about as deep as it gets BUT it is spring time and the snow is melting incredibly fast so its hard to tell just how deep everything is right now....

you shouldn't come anywhere near the top of the diff on this trail, unless you do the trench or the center of the x-roads.

I have yet to do the rr diff scuba mod...

    Bump!

If any stockers are planning on going in, I might suggest removing front mud guards. Pretty close to the ground, unless you've done the trim. 3 screws and 3 clips on each - easy to remove. New ones are $145 each at the stealership.
