Kevin's (ATO) bad ass rig he built
Everything Kevin from ATO did on his... and then some. LOL
So after selling the ATO Taco, I started wheeling this rig, and now I'm finally starting to fix her up. its a 2000 Limited with the E locker and 235k on it.. I bought her from a older lady who had hit two elk and a deer with it! LOL I have been wheeling it like this for months, and now she is getting a Sonoran steel 1.2 lift and some new goodies. Here are some pix.

What she looked like while getting wheeled.

Finally started to put the lift on, and at the same time, I'm getting a friend to make a front tube bumper for me and install some glassworks fenders for me.

Here it is with the lift on.

The more I look at options, the more I'm thinking molded side mount like Ripcord's.

Could place it on the side of the bed toward the tailgate, on the upper portion of the extra cab or on the front driver-side quarter panel right in front of the door.

So, as I was messing around under my dash trying to fix my squeaky clutch pedal I found this plug behind where the e-locker should've been.

There is the possibility that the wiring harness for the e-locker is all there. Typically cheaper to train for and build the fewest combinations on an assembly line.

I hope so! That way I could just find a cheap e-locker somewhere and be cool like you guys

First on my list is power doors and windows... I have no idea where to start on that

Very nice! Hope it brings you many years of trouble free service. Hoping to get the new one mounted (or a design started) Tuesday night.

Well I can take care of the power door locks... As for the power windows, unless you pull them off of another truck, I would not do it. All the power window kits take way more work than you would think, and not worth it.

How much work would power locks be? and what would I need to pull from another truck besides the motors door panels and harness?

    Hey whats up guys!

I just joined TW the other day and figured I would show you guys my ride and let you know what i want to do with it.

Its a 2002 TRD PreRunner with a locking rear differential. She has 20,000 miles and is basically brand new. I wish I could have gotten a 4x4 package so i could keep up with you guys, but the deal i got was too good to pass up. I know it would be pointless deck it out in off roading stuff so i think i will just try to make it as clean as possible- maybe rims, some interior/exterior mods, and i would like a put a nice stereo in it. I'm also looking into getting a few dirt bikes to throw in the back of it.

LOTS of wiring, dual battery setup, Solar charging system, with some random lights spread around here and there.
    Welcome and look at this.................

Not pointless at all to mod up a pre-runner. Ask this guy, he knows and can answer any question that you have.

Mine was pretty easy, actually. I took it more apart than was absolutely necessary, but even that wasn't bad. If you want help, or just someone to hang out & watch, I'd be glad to. Just let me know.
