Yeah, I go as time permits. I went on the cookie run a couple of weeks ago, and was out yesterday trying to chronograph my handloads, but couldn't because of falling snow, so I wheeled a bit out by Cabezone Road. No sliders or lift, so I keep it a little mellower than some of the guys.

I tried some used Pro-Comp mud tires in 265/75-16 to see if they'd fit on my non-lifted truck; they did fit, but they were load range E, and too stiff for my light reg cab 2.7 truck.

    I shoot .22 LR, 9mm, 40 S&W, 45 Auto, .38 Special & .357 Magnum, .41 Magnum, .44 Special & .44 Magnum, .45 Colt, .454 Casull Super Magnum, .308 Win, 7.62 x 39, 7.62 x 54R, 45-70 and 12-Gauge. I hand load for most of these, & chronograph all my loads.

    How about you?

Sounds like you & I might have fun doing some mild wheeling & exploration some time.

I was having trouble shifting into 4th. I ordered the new parts & installed them (with help from Tony), but the actual cause of the shifting trouble was that the shifter lower ball area was filled up with sand & gravel.

Now I know to open that up now & then & clean it out. :washing:

    Cup Holder Tabs :)
So I have a week off from school and decided on fixing some small things on my truck. The first thing i did was replace the old crusty foam tabs in the drink holder. I replaced them with 1/8th inch rubber gasket material. I'm thinking about cutting out circles of it to line the bottom of my cup holders. I hate when shit gets stuck to the bottom and I feel like it would be way easier to pull out the rubber bottoms and just wash them off in the sink.

I still have plenty of material left if any of you guys want to replace the tabs in your 1st gen tacomas.

    Yup!

I had to stop buying guns when I got divorced, or I'd have more.

We should organise a shoot meet when it gets warmer out. I have plenty of ammo; enough to share.
