I knew the KM2s run small but that was really surprising. I don't even know if they make 37s but I have a feeling I might be able to run them if they are that much smaller than they say

But I'm getting nittro trail grapplers tomorrow, so we will see what they truly measure

Mine took like 20 min cuz the bolts connected to the spindle were an SOB to get off. But if they weren't so bad it would have only been 5 min

Think twice about the grapplers, mine are chunking apart. Look into cooper discoverer stt.. im reading they are great tires on a ton of threads and articles. As for the sway bar, it sucks to remove. I pulled intructions off pro comp and still struggled to break loose the upper bushing with an alan key. The bolt is hidden behind a brake line bracket on my pro comp lift.
Take the time to get the tires off and make sure its steady on jack stands. You will need a good angle and a ton of elbow strength to break that bolt.
    Good luck!

My sway bar took about 20-25 minutes to get off. Fought with the end links for a bit and also the drop down bracket because I couldn't get in there with my socket and ended up using a box wrench on two of the bolts.

My trail grapplers are wearing decently, I've got about 20k miles on them so far. What were your pressures set at?? Could be the reason why they "chunked"

Take all of it off. 4 14mm bolts onthe under side and a 14 (ithink) allan key to break the 2 bushings loose. Once you get that free enough you can spin the bushing to remove it. Its a greased bushing so it will squirt a bit and bolt is a long one.
I recommend removing the tires to get a good angle on those hex bushing bolts. A little wd 40 or penetrating oil in the hole will help as well.

    Sorry, I missed this reply.
The load chart on Nittos website states a max of 65 psi on a 295x70r17. I run 40 cause that s where I feel the tire makes complete contact with the road. I really think that the heat of the az roads and our dry temps havedried my tires significantly. I have about 14k worth of tread left if that. Everyone has a tire story and each of us have different experiences where we live and off road. I personally didnt care for the Toyo OC or these nitto grapplers. I loved the first gen goodyear mtr with kevlar but have since read that they arent as good of a tire anymore. I now am leaning towards the cooper discoverer stt. From the reviews ive read on tests done in soCal which has similar climate to Phoenix has me just about sold.

So I finally got my Nittro trails installed. My first impression was damn these defiantly look bigger than the KM2s(I will take actual measurements in the morning). Second was the DEEP tread. Third was when driving. I realized 2 things while driving. First was they are quiter than the KM2, but second was that they are defiantly heavier than the KM2s (will def see 1-1.5 mpg drop). Overall I am happy with them. I didn't put a 6in lift and 35s to worry about gas mileage. Sorry for the crappy iPhone pics

right on the money with this! the nittos sure did take quite the abuse of a lead foot and crazy fast offroading but chunked like you wouldnt believe! they are heavy as hell but for the first 25-30k they were by far quieter than the km2 and toyo mts. AZ really eats tires up. next up is 35" hankook mts. we will see how well they hold up to the T4C0CH40S kind of abuse
