They're technically high/low so they create a louder and more "blended" tone, but you can still flip the bird and honk to the moron in the BMW cutting you off with one horn

Yeah, you're right haha but first up is a full size spare! Hopefully I can make it fit in the stock location.

Then I might do tint and exhaust, if not then sliders will be next. :)

If you got a used spare that was skinnier and the same diameter and just rotated your main four that may work :notsure:

That way you don't have to worry about it hanging lower but it'll still get you out of a jam and be the same height if you gotta drive out

Someone can correct me if my logic is off haha

Yeah, as far as I know you just have to cut those two brackets that guide the stock spare off and a 33" is supposed to fit... I'm not too worried about how low it'll hang, I doubt it will hang low enough to catch.

Definitely going with a Magnaflow 14". I just can't decide if I want to dump it or cut the exhaust off over the axle.

Makes complete sense to me. But they skinny's cost more if I remember correctly. Plus a 9.5" vs a 12.5" under the bed isn't going to make enough of a difference in my opinion.

My 14" is dumped before the axle. Sounds great!

I'll probably put in a Magnaflow and just leave the stock exhaust on at first, then if I decide it's not loud enough I'll just cut it off...

Just orders the 5100/AAL lift. 15x8 wheels and 33x12.50 tires...
What was the final story with the wheels? Did one spacer work? Or did you have to use two 1/4" spacers? I am asking only because I want to order the same wheels, and just wanted to see how they fit.

Also what tire size did you got with? 33x12.50r15 or 10.50r15?

Awesome truck man! Really like it!

I've got 1/4" spacers up front, the spacers gave just enough room to clear the calipers. The lug nuts have about 2 full turns of less thread to grab onto with the spacers, but they haven't budged at all so far. I'm going to check them every couple days to make sure, but so far I'm not worried.

As for tires size I went with 33x12.50x15's. I love the wide tire look, so no 10.5" for me!

I meant to ask you what BS you went with on your wheels?...I am literally about to order mine and that was my last question.

I got 3.75" backspacing. This is the best backspacing in my opinion. Doesn't bring the tire out too far so it'll stuff up into the fender wells, but doesn't bring it to close to the a-arm or frame so it doesn't rub.

    Here's what I bought. $192 for a set...

Finally my question is answered! I've been looming into new wheels but didn't know what back spacing to get the 3.75 will probably pop out a lot on mine cause I have to fender flares

Mine sticks barely past my stock fender flares, but when the suspension compresses it will compress right up into the wheel wells. :)

Thanks! It's still a work in progress, but now that it has lift and tires I can live with it... Haha

I like Whiteman, but it's VERY family oriented. So for a single airman who's under 21, I pretty much just spend my weekends with my truck.

    What's your buddy's AFSC?

Yes... I had to put 1/4" wheel spacers up front to fit them. It took about 2 full turns of thread away from the lug nuts, but I've been checking them and so far they haven't backed off the thread. I'll keep checking them every few days and post on here if they start to back off. If they do I'll just put on extended wheel studs.

ok i was wondering because i know wheelers sells a pair that look almost the same but are made to work without rubbing the calipers but the price on the summit ones are nice!
