Haha, wow it seems like everything is covered.

winch will be hitch mounted so that I can also use it in the back for solo adventures. There wll be a spot to mount it on my rack to store it when not in use.

Everthing that will get yanked on and take a beating is done in 1/4" and 1/2" steel. The rest is all 1/8" to save on weight and I didn't think 3/16 would be necessary for what I wanted it to do. The area where the lights are isn't really a high stress spot from the best that I can tell.

the light holes will have 6 fogs and I have all of them (Thanks Eric and Phil!). Wiring them should actually be pretty easy. I'll leave two of them on the actual fog light switch and put the other four on their own switch which is already wired from the 2 cheapo 6 inchers that were on the stock bumper. I'll eventually get a couple long range lights and those will go in front of the grill.

Eric - Just going to paint it black for now. I'm still debating on a front hoop. I will probably take the front bumper, rear bumper, and bed rack to your guy for PC all at once.

Thanks. Monte's still got me beat with light, haha. I think this will be perfect for what I like though. I don't do much wheeling in open spaces where long range beams outperform most all lights. The stuff I did in texas and up in the mountains here is usually loaded with trees and bends in the trail where a long range beam doesn't perform as well as it could. These should put all the light in front of me on the ground for a good 30-50 feet before it starts to fade and then the headlights will pick up from there. The HID and yellow tint (eventually) will help vary the light and provide better visability in foul weather.

Anybody know if yellow or amber is the better color for snow?

Not plannin to make another one of these. It's a ton of work and I fully realize why it costs $700-$1,000 for quality bumpers.

I know.yellow is good for snow but never had amber. I got driving spot beam white , yellow fogs and white led floods and when I get back I got some white spot leds waiting for me :D.

Does anyone in FoCo have a welder? I just took off my skids and one of the mounts came along for the ride.
    Its just a small tab.

I always consider Demello Offroad DQ for some reason, lol it always looks like DQ to me on there bumpers, I have a lift now but my rear leafs are just neg arching from the 126,000 miles of hard riding.

Hey what's up guys, haven't been on here in awhile but if you guys need parts or anything that u want cheaper from a dealer let me know. I have been working for Big Horn Toyota for about a month now. I'm a technician there. I'm starting off doing pdi and uvi. I've already spent about 2,000$ on tools snap on and Cornwell. So even if you need to use a rack or anything like that. I could do tires and trying to learn our new alignment rack. So let me know
